Technical Standard

1. The hardness of casting is HB 120-165;

2. Casting draft angle ≤ 2 °, unspecified fillet R2-R5;

3. Castings shall be free of cracks, air holes, slag inclusions, looseness and other defects;

4. If the flatness of the bottom surface cannot be guaranteed, it needs to be processed, and the processed surface is allowed to have black skin;

5. Antirust primer on the whole surface of castings.
